Early in 2006, three students from Manchester, came up with the great idea of giving everyone who cared, their moment of fame by getting them to post a video of their talent on a special, fame focused website - Your60Seconds.com
To raise awareness of the new Your60seconds website amongst the primary target audience of technology savvy 16 – 24 year olds. A small budget required us to make the most out of viral marketing and make every penny count.
Gencia devised a Bluetooth marketing campaign as part of the marketing mix. An advert for the new Your60seconds.com website was broadcast to mobile phones in shopping centres and cinemas. Ideally targeted at the youth market the campaign achieved over 35,000 downloads in only 4 weeks.
