Siemens Communications came to Gencia for a robust email marketing solution and innovative creative execution.

Challenge

Siemens Communications had previously sent email shots out in the past that had been produced internally, but they had limited creative content and recipients could not be tracked.

Gencia's Solution

Gencia proposed the use of our LiveWire Newsletter Platform. This enabled Siemens Communications to send out a product focused email in a unique multi-page format. The LiveWire system tracks the number of bounce-backs, opens, reads and click throughs and allows administrators to view and act on the tracking reports in real time
