Chelford Homes have been developing their own distinctive approach to building new homes over many years, answering the demand to provide people with stylish and luxury crafted homes, in locations across the North West, that deliver outstanding value for money.
Challenge
Gencia were asked to revitalise a development that was coming toward the end of it's life. This large Bury development had been well known in the surrounding area for a number of years and, with only a handful of more prestigious properties left, it was suffering from a little buyer fatigue.
Solution
Gencia's solution was a re-branding of the final phase of the development. Repositioning the homes as luxury properties in the exclusive surroundings of 'Riverside Walk.' The new name, identity, advertising and signage style refreshed the marketing of the remaining properties.
