Gencia have provided a full service agency function since SimplyBiz’s launch in 2002. It became clear in late 2008 that the SimplyBiz brand required a refresh to keep up to date with the speed and direction of the business.
Challenge
As industry pioneers SimplyBiz has continued to enhance and expand it’s complex range of services over the years. Throughout 2008 and 2009 there was significant development in the business model and the changes had to be communicated to the well established customer base.
