Creating a standard way to evaluate and report on the social impact of the activities that youth focused organisations provide, in order to leverage further funding for their programmes.
Gencia asked our teen-aged focus groups carefully crafted questions to gain real insight into their social media usage. Critically we found out where our prospective audience felt the platforms they used were lacking and we designed a new platform to fill in the blanks. The result was a carefully crafted mobile user experience, designed with the help of young people, for an audience of their peers.
